We proudly offer a 30-day free return and refund policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products should:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be unused or only minimally handled.
  • Include original packaging whenever possible.
  • Not be intentionally damaged or altered.

Certain customized or personalized products may not be eligible unless they arrive defective.

3. Free Returns

Knitelle provides free returns for eligible orders.

If your return request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or full refund.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following generally cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked)

8. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we'll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
